At Shae, each piece is carefully prepared and dispatched through our trusted drop-shipping partners to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

We currently ship across India, with primary operations based in Mumbai and delivery available across pan-India locations.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • For personalised or custom-made pieces, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for production prior to shipment.

Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:

  • Mumbai: 2–4 business days
  • Pan-India: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Prepaid Orders: Complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹150 applies to all COD orders to cover additional handling and courier charges.

Shipping availability is subject to serviceable pincodes. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. Shae reserves the right to refuse shipment of certain items where delivery restrictions apply.

Tracking & Liability:
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Shae is not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once confirmed as delivered by the courier.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. However, we will reasonably assist in providing documentation required to support such claims.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout. Shae will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

At Shaé, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item is:

•⁠ ⁠Unused, unworn, and undamaged

•⁠ ⁠Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by all tags, certificates (if applicable), and protective materials

Personalised, custom-made, or engraved pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.

How to Request a Return

Customers may initiate a return in either of the following ways:

1.⁠ ⁠Through their Shaé account ( https://account.shae.net.in/ ) by selecting the “Request a Return” option within the order details.

•⁠ ⁠The return button will only appear for orders that have been successfully fulfilled and delivered.

•⁠ ⁠If payment is pending or the order has not been fulfilled, the return option will not be visible.

2.⁠ ⁠By emailing shaehelpdesk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, quoting the order number and attaching clear photographs and/or videos of the item and packaging.

All return requests must include a clear reason for return. Approval is required before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior written confirmation from Shaé will not be processed.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to internal quality inspection by Team Shaé. Shaé reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies as:

•⁠ ⁠Manufacturing defect

•⁠ ⁠Incorrect item shipped

•⁠ ⁠Transit damage

•⁠ ⁠Misuse or external damage after delivery

Shipping & Charges

•⁠ ⁠For returns due to change of mind or sizing preference, return shipping, insurance, and handling charges must be borne by the customer.

•⁠ ⁠Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

•⁠ ⁠Customers must use a trackable and insured shipping method. Shaé is not liable for lost return shipments.

If a genuine manufacturing defect or incorrect item is confirmed, Shaé will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Customers maShaéen opt for a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Product Care & Responsibility

Shaé cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear, exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, impact, or storage conditions after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and shipped using a trackable and insured service. Shaé is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.

Shaé reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws.

Every Shaé order includes a Jewellery Care Card outlining recommended care instructions to preserve the finish, plating, and longevity of your piece. Customers are expected to follow these care guidelines.

Shaé offers paid maintenance services, including replating and minor repairs, subject to inspection and service availability. Replating and repair services are chargeable and pricing will be communicated after evaluation of the product.

Please note that Shaé shall not be liable for:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
  • Discoloration, tarnishing, stone loosening, or plating wear caused by environmental factors, skin chemistry, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
  • Damage caused due to excess or prolonged exposure to moisture, water, humidity, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, cleaning agents, or abrasive surfaces.
  • Structural damage caused by force, bending, impact, or alteration by third parties.
  • Products showing signs of excessive misuse, chemical damage, water damage, or mechanical stress will not qualify for refunds, replacements, or complimentary repair. In such cases, customers may opt for paid repair services, where feasible.
  • Shaé reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion after inspection, whether damage is due to a manufacturing defect or external factors.
