You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery for items that are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
No personalised or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a defect on our end.

For buyer-initiated returns, shipping cost is borne by the customer. If the item is defective or was mis-shipped, we cover the return.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days. It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your bank.
Yes — all Shaé pieces come with a 6-month workmanship warranty, including a no-tarnish guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period, we’re happy to assist with repairs or replacements for any manufacturing defect or unexpected wear.
Repairs within the warranty period are available at actual service and shipping costs, ensuring every piece receives the care it deserves.
The warranty covers workmanship issues such as loose stones, setting faults, or plating inconsistencies. It does not include damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals and water.

Once engraving or custom work begins, the order cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a defect.
