At Shaé, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item is:

•⁠ ⁠Unused, unworn, and undamaged

•⁠ ⁠Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by all tags, certificates (if applicable), and protective materials

Personalised, custom-made, or engraved pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.

How to Request a Return

Customers may initiate a return in either of the following ways:

1.⁠ ⁠Through their Shaé account ( https://account.shae.net.in/ ) by selecting the “Request a Return” option within the order details.

•⁠ ⁠The return button will only appear for orders that have been successfully fulfilled and delivered.

•⁠ ⁠If payment is pending or the order has not been fulfilled, the return option will not be visible.

2.⁠ ⁠By emailing shaehelpdesk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, quoting the order number and attaching clear photographs and/or videos of the item and packaging.

All return requests must include a clear reason for return. Approval is required before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior written confirmation from Shaé will not be processed.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to internal quality inspection by Team Shaé. Shaé reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies as:

•⁠ ⁠Manufacturing defect

•⁠ ⁠Incorrect item shipped

•⁠ ⁠Transit damage

•⁠ ⁠Misuse or external damage after delivery

Shipping & Charges

•⁠ ⁠For returns due to change of mind or sizing preference, return shipping, insurance, and handling charges must be borne by the customer.

•⁠ ⁠Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

•⁠ ⁠Customers must use a trackable and insured shipping method. Shaé is not liable for lost return shipments.

If a genuine manufacturing defect or incorrect item is confirmed, Shaé will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Customers maShaéen opt for a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Product Care & Responsibility

Shaé cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear, exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, impact, or storage conditions after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and shipped using a trackable and insured service. Shaé is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.

Shaé reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws.
